Most unittests updated, plugins and plugin unittests still need some work.

Moved requestbuilder and responseparser mappings out of the select query class and into the query component classes

Updated examples for the reorganized library files. Most examples now work, but some might still need some work.

Updated unittests for the reorganized library files. Also added use statements for namespaces and added a few tests.

Reorganized lots of files. All files related to a single query type are now bundled in the same folder, and all base classes are in the Core folder.

- grouped all files related to a querytype inside a single folder, instead of spread over result, client en query folders
- updated lots of namespaces
- introduced many more use statements for cleaner code
- restructered and editted all unittests to reflect the new library structure

The most important work has been done on this and all unittests pass again. However there are still improvements to be made, mostly in the unittests. For instance the unittests still miss many use statements and in somecases have phpdoc referring to old class names.
