- corrected the input format for the datetime objects (prefix timestamps with @)
- fixed timezone issue by forcing UTC
- refactored formatDate into a single function and without duplicate date objects

Merge latest changes in branch 'develop' into feature/nextgen, all changes modified to use namespaces

- added both the original resource and the urldecoded version to the __toString() output
- added a testcase for __toString()

Fix debug component requestbuilder unittest

Did require some refactoring of other classes though.
Also implemented dereferencing support in the join helper method.
