- grouped all files related to a querytype inside a single folder, instead of spread over result, client en query folders
- updated lots of namespaces
- introduced many more use statements for cleaner code
- restructered and editted all unittests to reflect the new library structure

The most important work has been done on this and all unittests pass again. However there are still improvements to be made, mostly in the unittests. For instance the unittests still miss many use statements and in somecases have phpdoc referring to old class names.

- corrected the input format for the datetime objects (prefix timestamps with @)
- fixed timezone issue by forcing UTC
- refactored formatDate into a single function and without duplicate date objects
